Introduction

SDLG E6550F 50T Crawler excavator is a heavy-duty large-scale mine excavator, that adopts European technology. Its engine, pump valve, and other core components come from world-famous brands, with excellent performance and reliable quality.
- The machine is equipped with a special low-speed and high torque Tier3 engine, which has strong power, large digging force, and low fuel consumption. It is widely used in large-scale mining, large-scale infrastructure projects, and other conditions.
- EECU can monitor the whole process, control the injection time and quantity more accurately, and reduce fuel consumption.
- The hydraulic system has the functions of double pump confluence, flow regeneration, slewing priority, boom priority, etc., with shorter cycles and high operation efficiency.
- It is equipped with a heavy-duty four-wheel belt as standard, and a full chain rail guard plate to protect the supporting wheel and chain rail from derailment during steering.
- The standard oil bath air filter can filter more than 95% of particles and dust, and eliminate the occurrence of engine early wear and other faults. It is more suitable for my bad dust condition of mine.
- The engine, cab, and luxury seat are three-stage shock absorbers, with silicone oil shock absorbers for comfortable driving and riding. They are superior to the door glass and have a larger view.

- Energy-saving and efficiency:
The product is equipped with a 13L electronic fuel injection engine of large discharge capacity produced by Volvo for Lingong, which has great power, low speed of revolution, better dynamic properties and low fuel consumption;
Automatically back to idle speed: 5s (default) after inaction of the guide handle, the engine will automatically reduce to idle speed. The service lifetime of the engine is prolonged thanks to energy conservation and noise reduction.
The hydraulic system adopts an independent motor-driven fan for heat dissipation. The revolving speed of the fan could be automatically adjusted, with a better dissipation effect and longer duration;

- Reliability and durability:
Oil-bath air filters could make the filtering more complete and the air supply safer. Under the bad condition in mine, the early-wear failure rate of the engine is the lowest;
Three-level oil filter, with a large area and higher accuracy of filtering, makes the engine safer and more reliable during operation;

- Comfort and environmental protection:
The product is equipped with a standard skylight, optional rear camera, and color LED monitor, without a dead corner of the view and with controllable operation status of the machine.
The negative flow hydraulic system commissioned elaborately by VOLVO is matched perfectly with the engine, which ensures that the harmony of compound control action is better and the hand feel is facile;

- Convenient maintenance:
The driving cab is equipped with a computer remote diagnosis interface and external power source interface. After the computer is provided with a diagnosis program (TECH TOOL), the fault could be inspected by itself and maintenance is convenient and efficient.
The fan pulley could be expanded and tightened automatically, decreasing the time of the shutdown and making the maintenance simpler.
