I was pleased to take over the responsibility of the Prime Adlerh Egyptian Alkotah For Real Estate Development in 2015, aware of the size and history of the company, which was founded in 1978, the embodiment of the ties of brotherhood and cooperation between the two brotherly countries Egypt and Kuwait, those links which precedes the economic and social objectives of establishing such a monument for Real Estate Development and done over the years its inception several projects that have contributed to the prosperity of Egypt’s real estate market.
I have taken upon myself the task of cooperation with members of the Board of Directors to complete the march of the company as we have come from success to success, asking the Almighty repay paced and conciliation and to be a worthy successor to the best predecessor.

- The Kuwaiti government represented by the Kuwait Investment Authority as the representative of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Finance
