Said Jazairi Consulting Office – Architects and Planners

Said Jazairi Consulting Office, Architects and Planners, was established in Beirut in 1974. During the past three decades the office has grown into a multidisciplinary practice involving professional engineers covering a wide range of trades, of which Architectural Design, Urban Planning, Structural & Civil engineering and Project Management.

The list of selected clients who patronized the practice over the years includes the Government of Lebanon, Mena Company Lebanon and Egypt, Beirut Arab University, Solidere, Patchi Factory, Holiday Inn Hotel, Mediterranean Hotel, Islamic Awkaf Administration, in addition to a wide range of public and private institutions and foundations, corporate entities and individuals.

The works completed include Dunes Center in Beirut (residential building and commercial center), Mena House Club in Baabdat (resort and tourist village), Roman Complex in Egypt (residential and commercial building), Patchi Headquarters in Beirut Central District and many other residential projects in Beirut.

The major recent projects, in process of completion, are the Beirut Arab University Campuses in Debbieh and Tripoli, the Bahri Gardens II Residential Tower and the Hotel Vocational Institute in Tripoli.
