ABOUT Lead-Architecture

The "LEAD ARCHITECTURE" agency with less than ten years of existence is a young agency which assumes its age and whose studio houses motivated and committed young thirty-something who fully assume two essential qualities in architecture: doubt and curiosity. This is why the approaches implemented by the agency tend towards an architecture that seeks to question, question, and take a critical look at itself and at society. Each member of the team handles all the different scales of the projects in order to jointly develop the ideas that will make it possible to shape a writing architectural without fixed responding each time to the requirements of a place, a function, a program but also uses. Each project is thus the starting point of a specific language that tells a story through structural coherence where materials, shapes, spatiality, specific and collective spaces, details and practices come together in a meaningful language. with the desire to fit naturally into the welcoming landscape. This agency resolutely turned towards the future and constantly renewing its thinking seeks to operate an architecture of awareness in phase with the big current issues in line with a logic of sustainable development and taking into  account the flexibility inherent in any project. In this approach combining conceptual research, creation and reality of projects, the LEAD ARCHITECTURE agency has participated in numerous competitions of different scales and is starting to reap the fruits of its efforts since it won, as an agent, the competition of the 'Ecole Centrale de Casablanca in front of internationally renowned firms. Fascinated by the act of acting, our intention carries a graphic approach to architecture. It is likely to generate an evolving architectural space, not only geometric but also temporal and sensory. our architecture is part of this process which leads to the object, a process which installs the event in symbiosis with the form, becoming the manifestation of an immediate history.
