COMPANY PROFILE:

In 2007, the company has started its activities in Egypt by establishing a factory to produce Evaporators, Condensing units and on demand COILS (condenser, cooling, DX, steam). In 2013 it has started to produce various types of Chillers and Cooling towers. 

The Egyptian company of A/C and R. Equipment is a part of Al-Hafez Group which was established in the mid-70s, in the Syrian Arab Republic, back then it was specialized in A/C and R. spare parts and accessories. Afterwards, 3 factories were established in Damascus, Aleppo and Homs to produce Air Handling Units, Chillers, Condensing Units, Cooling Towers, Evaporators, Condensers, Humidifier Units, Dehumidifier Units, Industrial Ice Makers, Sandwich Panels and Supermarket Refrigerators. 

The company has acquired many global certifications such as ISO 9001:2000 from TÜV Germany, applying two improvement systems; KAIZEN & 5S that have been supervised by JAICA experts. The company has won several local and global awards such as ASHRAE, HACE, Hotel Expo, Interclimatic and Egyptian Makers.

COMPANY SECTIONS:

Every product in the manufacturing section is subject to quality control, which is considered an essential part of the production process, in addition to testing. packaging, storing, delivery and the after-sales service with respect to the professional health and safety regulations, where safety is considered as a top priority in our company. 

Research section: The Al-Hafez group is considered an engineering and support provider in the industrial refrigerating and centralized cooling field. Our experience is considered a top notch in the refrigerating and freezing sections for various fields such as medicinal, PEC, chemical and textile industries.  

Maintenance and services section: The company provides design service for every manufacturing process, in addition to preventive maintenance planning to insure the high quality standards in all its projects.
