Ian Banham & Associates is a specialized building services (MEP) consulting firm with its headquarters in Dubai. Since its establishment in 1976 IBA has successfully delivered thousands of projects for hundreds of returning clients in the MENA region. Our long history allows us to draw on a wealth of experience whilst adopting the latest technologies to deliver new and innovative design solutions.

Our services consist of the design and supervision of Mechanical and Electrical systems and installations for buildings and specialized facilities. This includes feasibility studies, investigative reports, conceptual designs, cost estimates and analysis, production of specifications and bills of quantities, bids evaluation and recommendation, contract negotiations, detailed designs, working drawings and 3D models, project management, supervision and site management.
