ABOUT Alba Tec Construction & Development

1. INTRODUCTION

ALBA-TEC. CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT was formed in the year 1992; it started as a sub-contractor for Decoration, Painting and Maintenance Works and since it has grown into a multi-activity organization throughout the U.A.E., registered on year 2000 as Construction Company specialized in Pre-engineered Building as an affiliate company of M/s Mammut Steel Building as a Civil Contractor and M/s Mabani Steel as Associated Contractor. The company has proven records of performances. The policy of the company has always been to ensure that none of the customer is left unsatisfied.

3.3 Quality Control Div.

1. Maintenance Div.

Each of the above is headed by a group leader who has been entrusted with ample autonomy to ensure successful completion of work in time with the objective of survival. Attempts are made to encourage every team to carry out their job with great efficiency and attitude. On & off the job training is imparted wherever is necessary, every member of the group is given equal chance of promotion which is strictly based on his performance. Efforts are made to ensure proper maintenance of inter personal relations among all employees so as to result in higher productivity with minimum cost.
