Road projects in Mohammed bin Zayed City
The city of Abu Dhabi, through the Department of Municipalities and Transport, has completed a huge number of road projects in Mohammed bin Zayed City, totaling $2.7 million (AED 9.8 million).
According to Abu Dhabi's urban development plan, the road improvements are part of a strategy to build restaurants, parking spaces, and service roads for residents in various neighborhoods, as well as improve traffic, pleasure community members, and improve quality of life.
The road improvements comprise 15 residential entrances, 41 resident parking lots, and asphalt mats covering an area of 6825 square meters, as well as 15 lighting poles in business districts, 85 advertising banners, and a 140-square-meter rainwater drainage system. The Abu Dhabi City Municipality's roadways are designed to suit the demands of all Abu Dhabi citizens while adhering to international quality standards.
