SPACE in undertaken this diverse range of projects, has always given high priority of cost control. It has acquired a reputation of completing projects on time and within budget without sacrificing design integrity. These skills have been perfected through long and broad experience with the development industry. SPACE has offices in Cairo, Alexandria, Abu Dhabi, Qatar Doha, Kuwait, Aden and Sanaa Yemen and USA with 300 architects and engineers. SPACE has been responsible for more than 2000 projects. Its experience spans major institutional and corporate projects, resort complexes, hotels, retail and office developments, trading facilities, educational and residential buildings.

SPACE CONSULTANTS is led by one of the most important architects in the region along the last four decades, Prof. Dr. Medhat Dorra which has always amazed his teachers and colleagues with his astonishing creativity since he was a Ph.D. student at the University of Pennsylvania, USA while inspired a thousands of young architects as a teacher on architecture philosophy and head of architecture Dept. at the college of Engineering, Cairo University in Egypt and many venues around the globe.
