Second Nile Towers, Hilton
Two skyscrapers have been built on the Nile for 255 million pounds. The towers are made up of 3 shared cellars, a shared ground floor, a common floor with 22 stories, a total area of construction 105 000 m2, the first tower consists of a 5-star (Hilton) hotel and a 56 room complex. The contractors are JV and comprise 55% of Arabtec, Civil, Architectural, Finished, MEP, and landscaping, and 45% of SIAC.
