project Scene 7 in the new administrative capital
With an investment of 3.4 billion Egyptian pounds ($215.8 million), Akam Real Estate Development Company has launched its second residential project Scene 7 in the new administrative capital. According to Idris Mohamed, the company's managing director, the four-stage project will consist of 48 buildings containing 1,600 units and is expected to be completed by 2024.
It has been revealed that the principal consultant for the Scene 7 project will be Yasser El-Beltagy and that International Contracting will serve as the main contractor. Mohamed also revealed that the same businesses have been hired for an initial tender of 4.5 billion pounds ($285.6 million).
