The project, which costs $48 million and is located near the Katara and The Pearl complexes in Doha, Qatar, comprises a two-level basement, a ground floor, and 12 typical storeys, and 3 typical lofts on a land area of roughly 12,486 square meters and a construction area of 43,701 square meters. There are 303 dwelling apartments in the building, with 138 one-bedroom units, 111 two-bedroom units, and 54 three-bedroom units.
The two-level basement offers 300 parking spaces, and the vehicular circulation has been designed to provide a smooth flow of traffic in and out of the structure
