Mall of Saudi Arabia project
The Complex of Saudi Arabia is a new shopping mall being built in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia's capital. Majid Al Futtaim Real Estate Company will build it with an estimated investment of $1.58 billion. The Mall is part of a bigger $3.06 billion mixed-use project in north Riyadh. Develop it by the country's progress and development goal, Vision 2030.
The Mall of Saudi Arabia will be the next generation of integrated shopping malls, incorporating the most popular retail brands from the fashion and home design to electronics. The mall is meant to be a modern venue, featuring the newest international mall design and catering trends.
The construction of the Mall of Saudi Arabia is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2021, with the shopping center opening in the first quarter of 2024. The development is expected to create approximately 70,000 direct and indirect jobs during construction, with about 16 thousand direct jobs once operational.
