Our history in brief

1948 : El-Attal holding passed by different developing phases starting as (khlousy elattal company) for textile which was strengthened by (Hussain Awny) for electric sets import and support.

1949 : Both companies joined together under the name of (El-Attal brothers) located in a new office in the downtown 53 El-Gomhouria street ,Cairo. It was one of the first companies to supply and install all kind of keys , switches of high and medium and low pressure for the high dam project under the specification of the Egyptian government thus Elattal brothers was apple to occupy an important place in the history of industry and trade.

1967 : Elattal brothers had the bouncer to courage for the ministry of military efforts to supply and install the fiber glass electric boards, spot lights and wiring and warning sirens for the military imports.

1972 : El Attal Brother’s” established the first factory in the Middle East, located at 26 Adli Basha Street, Cairo, under the name of “The Arab Electronic Office” for manufacturing and marketing sound and lighting systems in Egypt and the Middle East Markets which added a new victory for “El Attal Brother’s”

1975 : El Attal Brother’s” established the first company in Egypt for the Industrial and Protective Security Established ``Nasser Company for Trade & Industry`` company.

1983 : Established a new company called

El-Massryeen Company for Contracting, Constructing, and Engineering Consultancy”.

1985 : In 1985 they established “El Attal Heart to Heart” for manufacturing Furniture and Interior Designs for House and Hotel located in Giza Governorate   and later they opened a new branch at Mohandesine District.

1987 : Established a new company called

EL-Attal Brothers established the pride of the group “El-Attal Construction” for Constructions, infrastructure and renovations adding the main value for elattal brothers as the main backbone for the group.

1998 : El-Attal Group Brother’s” Started the business of retail stores with a retail chain for electric and Home Appliance, Cars Trade, Import & Export and Porcelain Trade.

1999 :  Established a new Shareholder Company called “Multi for Economic Developments”

2001 : We established a new company named " System Egypt For Kitchens". For designing, manufacturing and finishing kitchens.

2007 : El-Attal Group” changed its name to be El-Attal Group Companies.

2008 : El-Attal Group Companies" have established the first overseas branch in Kuala Lumper In Malaysia with a complete Malaysian Staff.

2011 : EL-Attal Group Companies’’ established Josour for Building materials, import and export.

2012 : EL-Attal Group companies “ have established a new company for food and beverage, importing and exporting food products and retail stores under the name of “AAM International food suppliers“

2013 : EL-Attal Group Companies’’ established AGD for scale development building different types of real estate villas and residence housing in the new districts in Cairo (New Cairo, Shrouk City and Shiekh Zayad).

2014 : EL-Attal Group companies “ have established a new company for food and beverage, importing and exporting food products and retail stores under the name of “AAM International food suppliers“

2015 : EL-Attal Group Companies’’ established On board agency for advertising and Digital Media.

2017 : EL-Attal Group Companies’’ established Spatium for fine design and fine finishing

2018 : The company combined all the above together into ElAttal Holding with a new innovational vision in the Real Estate in Egypt

2019 : Introducing the world's first Compoundhood in New Capital - Ain Sukhna - North Coast
