O West project
O West, a $45 million project west of Cairo, is ODH's newest addition to its portfolio and its first foray into the residential real estate market. O West is positioned as a beacon of integrated living, thoughtfully and harmoniously connected to provide a “real city life” experience in the heart of 6th of October City, on a 4.2 million square metre site.
O West's work on the distinctive O West project includes balanced and unique neighbourhoods precisely developed in the fabric of the site's natural characteristics, designed by world-renowned HOK, one of the world's largest and most recognised architectural design firms. Following this idea, the O West site was planned based on landscape design, rather than building design, as urban expansion increased, limiting the amount of accessible natural space within the urban environment.
