Our license is accredited by the official authority Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA: license no 60 and license no 230) and the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE: license no 40) , and we are an accredited member of the Egyptian Association of Real Estate Appraisers (EAREA) which is an organization that is accredited and is an official member of the International Valuation Standard Council (IVSC), and our MRICS experts are registered RICS valuers.

GAT has appraised assets of over 1.5 Trillion pounds in the last year alone for over 476 clients, many of which are the top 10 financial consultants operating in Egypt such as Deloitte, PWC, Ernest & Young, JLL, KPMG, Grant Thornton, and others. We take pride in officially the number #1 winner of the bid to mass appraise over 460 million meter square of the Suez Canal Industrial Zone, distributed over four major industrial cities and 6 ports, a project of national proportions and over 26 weeks of work. We also take pride in being the selected appraisers of the two largest national factories in Egypt: The Egyptian Steel Company in Helwan, the Aluminum Company in Nagee Hamadi. Some of other major projects involved the appraising of several of the largest projects in Egypt including resorts, hotels, residential units, mixed compounds, retail malls, schools & universities, hospitals, clinics, farms, and factories and numerous other bank collateral assets.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

Moreover, GAT has managed the technical and financial loan supervision progress of over 65 projects in Egypt ranging from small commercial projects such as The British School in Cairo and The Waterway project in New Cairo, to national mega projects such as The Burullus power station deemed the largest power station in Egypt. Current projects that we are currently monitoring include Oilex factory in Sadat City, Kuwadico compound in 6th of October, and a city-wide infrastructure project in Tanta City. In addition, GAT did the quarterly valuation work for the Naeem Real Estate Investment Fund, which makes GAT one of the very few companies in Egypt that has done Valuation for Real Estate Funds in Egypt.
